Kindle NonogramsBillions of puzzles for your Kindle! Nonograms (also known as Griddlers or Paint By Numbers) are simple yet challenging Japanese logic puzzle games in which your goal is to uncover the hidden black and white picture. The puzzles contain a grid with number clues on the sides that help to reveal the hidden picture. The numbers measure how many blocks of black square there are in any given row and column, and the size of these blocks. Do you like Soduko? Then you are bound to love Nonograms even more!PurchaseNonograms can be bought from Amazon.com (or directly from within your Kindle, just search for Nonograms). The game costs only $2.99!How to playUsing the 5-key selector you can move the cursor on the playing board. Space will mark a square as black, and pressing any character above the space (c, v, b ,n or m) will mark a square as white. Testing for contradictions is done with the Q and A keys, and you may also ask for a hint by pressing H (which will display a black or white mark on one square). Pressing S will reveal the solution (press S again to return to the game). The game includes an optional clock (use the menu to enable it). Asking for hints or revealing the solution will disable the clock for that game. There are three play levels: basic (10x10), expert (15x15) and master (20x20). You can choose the desired game level using the menu. |
