The best channel report is useful if you want to see how your channels are performing over a period.
You have several settings you can play around with:
- You can choose which columns (statistic types) you want displayed. It is especially important for content
statistics, as there are a lot of options. AdSenseLog comes predefined with three tables - Page unit, AdUnits and
Individual ads columns. You can choose whatever columns you want, and of course save the reports as custom reports.
- You can also change the columns order, or size, simply drag them around with your mouse.
- You can choose the date range you want to have for your table. There is an option to choose from pre-defined dates (such
as last 30 days, or last year). You can also choose the exact date range that you want.
- You may choose to display all channels, or just those that have revenue.
- You may choose to display a total header. Please note that if you have overlapping channels (URL or custom) than
the total displayed will be higher than your actual total amount!
- You have the option of exporting the table to HTML, CSV, XML and Microsoft word documents. Click on the
report menu, and choose export.
